Inoflox Ofloxacin 200mg tablet

Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 10:28 AM
I had urinary tract infection two months ago which caused me to have frequent, painful urination and lower abdominal pain. Aside from this, I developed high grade fever associated with chills. I also had episodes of nausea and bouts of vomiting which caused me to have some dehydration.

Because of this I went to the hospital where I was working and had my urine examined in the laboratory. And when they handed me the result, I was able to confirm that I really have urinary tract infection.

And so, looking through the stock of sample medications the medical representatives gave me, I was able to spot Inoflox Ofloxacin 200mg tablet which is very good for cases of urinary tract infection. I took one tablet twice a day for seven days and I was really able to see some improvement even after the first twenty-four hours of regular intake of this medication. I have noted that my fever has already subsided and I was no longer having chills. After two days, nausea and vomiting episodes were completely gone.

Thus I highly recommend this medication to people experiencing symptoms of urinary tract infection. But be sure to ask your physician first before taking anything because your doctor still knows what is best for you.

Rite Aid Urinary Tract Relief

at 10:28 AM
There is nothing more uncomfortable than finding yourself down with a urinary tract infection (or UTI). These can be incredibly painful with symptoms ranging from an uncomfortable urgency to urinate, to a burning sensation, abdominal cramps and even blood in the urine, which be disconcerting to say the least. Needless to say, I usually experience these symptoms in excess before I decide I need to pay the $25 for my insurance co-pay to see the doctor. However, it’s also one of those conditions you almost always know for certain what it is. Once you’ve experienced it, that level of discomfort will forever be engrained in your memory… trust me on this. So, I recently experienced a very painful UTI that came out of nowhere. Usually I have a few days warning with some urgency symptoms before the real pain sets in, but not this time. I went straight to the doctor and he prescribed me Bactrim. After a completed round on this medication, he noticed I was still showing signs in my
urine tests of the UTI, but wanted to run some cultures before prescribing me anything else. Since the cultures take a good five days to come in, I was basically dealing with the discomfort of a UTI for all five of those days. Towards the third day, I decided enough was enough, and I would head to the pharmacy and get myself something that would work, at least until I heard back from the doctor.

Since Rite Aid is just down the street, I headed there first. There is a name brand UTI relief medication that was a little pricey, so I decided to go for the Rite Aid Urinary Tract Relief pills that only cost about $8 for the box, with enough pills to last a week. You are only supposed to use the pills (two every four-six hours) for a maximum of two days before seeing a doctor, if pain consists, but since I knew I would be hearing back from the doctor soon, I knew there was nothing to worry about. Two days of discomfort was something I definitely couldn’t afford to deal with. So, I began taking the medication with a full glass of water, and kept drinking water throughout the day (per the directions on the box), and really began sensing relief after just 30 minutes, which was like a breath of fresh (and painfree) air. I took the medication for the allotted two days, and felt a great deal of relief. Though it didn’t get rid of the symptoms entirely, it worked almost better than the
prescription strength stuff my doctor had previously prescribed me to treat UTI symptoms.

If you ever find yourself in the same boat, I definitely suggest saving yourself the headache and buying this medication and trying it out for two days. Be sure to research holistic approaches and dietary recommendations to treat and prevent UTI’s while taking this… after all, this only treats the symptoms, not the infection. And if the symptoms recur after you stop taking this after your two day time period, then definitely go to a doctor as soon as possible, as UTI’s can lead to more complications and more serious problems. But, as a temporary solution, this is highly recommended.

Bactrim

The worst urinary track infection that ever occurred to me was in 1992. My son was barely four years old then and while I was putting him to sleep when I suddenly felt a very sharp pain that was hardly bearable that I really cried hard. I felt a very strong urge to pass water but when as I sat down the toilet bowl there were but few drops of urine that passed and after which I felt a very painful sensation on my vagina. Even before this worst condition came, I already noticed I was having difficulty urinating although I felt my bladder was filled and felt like bursting already. Obviously my condition worsened as terrible pain was felt by me not just on my genital but also on my lower abdomen.

Obviously the condition was urinary tract infection and I knew all along because there were numerous times I held my urge to urinate for long. Many times was waiting too long before I could pass water because I was busy with taking care of my child and with household chores too. Indeed when I went to the doctor, she almost scolded me for being a willing victim of UTI. She explained that the bladder is a muscle that stretches to hold urine and contracts when the urine is released and if waiting too long even if one feels already the urge to urinate, it can cause the bladder to stretch beyond its capacity and hence will weaken and will no longer have the capacity to release the urine entirely and eventually those unreleased urine will trigger infection. I would admit that I knew that explanation long before but I disregarded it. Hence, I suffered the consequences of disregarding. I remembered my doctor gave me pain reliever and apart from this she prescribed that I take antibiotic.
The name of antibiotic is Bactrim. I remembered that this same antibiotic was prescribed to my husband when he suffered from UTI sometime ago too. This antibiotic healed my husband and I was hopeful it could heal me too. All I wanted then was healing because the pain was truly beyond my capacity to bear. I was swearing to high heavens that should I get healed I would never ever disregard the call of nature ever again. So, I took Bactrim three times a day every 6 hours. I was told to complete the seven days medication. I am happy that that my conditioned got so much improvement even just on the third day of taking Bactrim. But I did not stop with the medication but continued as the doctor prescribed. On the 8th day I went back to the doctor as instructed even if I felt the urinary tract infection was completely cleared already. I was given another urine test and the result was very satisfying. The infection indeed was completely healed by Bactrim. Nevertheless, I knew Bactrim is
an antibiotic so even if it had been effective in healing me, I would not want to take antibiotic again so since then I took extra care so that I could prevent having this infection or if not to immediately treat early signs of urinary tract infection so that there would be no need for me to take antibiotic again.

Bactrim pills

at 10:26 AM
One of the worst things about being diabetic is dealing with injuries to the foot. I was outside and carelessly stepped on a nail. Thank goodness I’d had a tetanus shot previously. My doctor put me on Bactrim pills to keep me from getting any infection in my foot. He wanted to be on the side of caution and not take any risks.

I was a little irritated at the cost of Bactrim. The pill was more than I thought it would be after my insurance coverage. But at the same time, I was lucky I didn’t have to have stitches. So, I swallowed and paid for it.

One of the first problems I experienced after taking Bactrim was stomach cramps and constantly running to the bathroom. This was not good. I was really worried about getting dehydrated from the medicine. Not to mention, it didn’t feel good to constantly have to get up and walk around my injured foot.

A friend of mine told me to take the Bactrim with yogurt. I tried that. It seemed to help with the stomach cramps and going to the bathroom. About the sixth day of taking the medicine, I ended up with nausea. It would hit me about half an hour after taking it. I ended up having to get an over-the-counter medicine to get rid of the nausea to keep taking the antibiotic. So frustrating!

What ended up happening with my foot? I kept it clean like I was instructed to do. I kept taking the Bactrim, despite the side effects. My foot ended up healing without any infection.

Revlon Nail polish

Hi friends, today I want to review the latest and trendy type of nail polish, the name of that company is Revlon and since I am using it for my nails, my hands are just looking very very pretty, because almost all the shades of Revlon nail polish are so good, attractive, shiny and even it doesn’t peel soon, and one more thing I want to tell u is that
When we apply the nail polish on our nail within a few seconds it gets dried and u don’t really need to wait for a long time, I have used many type of nail polishes but the Revlon nail polish
is just too good and no one can beet them. And not only that u can even get the Revlon nail polish remover, which is good as well. So I suggest Revlon nail polish to be used by all the women.

Scotch-Brite All Purpose Soap Pads

at 4:29 AM
I was tired of soap pads that scratched my expensive pot’s and pan’s and a friend suggested I try Scotch-Brite All Purpose Soap Pads. She had used them without any damage to her cookware, so I paid $3.99CDN for a box of 8 pads at my local supermarket.

What really impressed me about the Scotch-Brite soap pads was the advertisement on the front of the box that promised they ‘never scratch’, I was so hoping it was true and I did have my friends endorsement to go on. Even better, the back of the box stated that these soap pads were made from 100% recycled materials, so I felt good that I was helping the environment and getting my dishes clean at the same time.

When I opened the package of Scotch-Brite All Purpose Soap Pads, I noticed that they looked a little different from the traditional SOS pad. They didn’t feel sticky in my hand, so I was confident they didn’t contain a lot of harsh soap, and they didn’t look or feel like they were made out of wire, in fact they just looked like grey cylinders of fluff!

Boy was I impressed the first time I used Scotch-Brite pads on some really dirty pans. They cleaned lasagne residue off a glass pan without leaving a single scratch, and I didn’t have to pre-soak the pan either! On metal pans they cleaned burnt soap far quicker than any SOS pad without leaving a lot of suds I had to rinse off. I am so impressed, especially when I have to throw one away, as these soap pads are totally biodegradable.

If you like me don’t like your pots and pans getting all scratched from traditional pot scrubbers try Scotch-Brite Never Scratch All Purpose Soap Pads. I find I simply cannot live without them in my kitchen! Scotch-Brite is made by the 3M Division of Companies under the Home Care Division.

BIC Brite Liner Highlighters

at 4:28 AM
I really use highlighters quite a bit for all of my notes and texts. Finding a good highlighter to use sounds easy, but most of them run out of ink way before I need them to. I have been usuing the same BIC Brite Liners for almost a year now. They come in a 5 pack of colours. Almost every day I use them and they still have ink! They do not make the page moist where I highlight it, so it is not wasting ink. The colours are bright, but still easy on the eyes. The tips are cut at an angle so you can highlight them while holding them like you normally would a pen and you get a clean, fully covered highlight of normal sized text in one pass. Each pen even has it’s own clip so you can carry it around. Sometimes if I am colour coding I only need to work with one colour at a time and need to carry only one of them with me, so the clip works wonders so I don’t lose it. I recommend these to everyone because these are perfect for kids going to school, college students, or general
use around the house.

Quick Brite LED Lights

at 4:27 AM
We are unable to plug in a night light in our hallway or bathroom; making it very difficult to see at night unless we actually turn on a light (something that I would prefer not to do). Needing light in those two places and a few other areas, we purchased a 10-pack of Quik Brite LED lights.

The lights run on batteries so there’s no need to plug them in. However, the quality the give us doesn’t add up to the price we paid.

For one, 8 of the lights have magnets that need to be separated from the lights to make them work. The idea behind this is, you put the light on a door with the magnet next to it and, when the door is closed, the light stays off; when the door is opened, it comes on. The magnets need to be within an inch of the light. This just isn’t practical in many of the areas we would like to use them.

The sticky tape on the back of the lights also isn’t that strong. I have two lights in my pantry. Each morning, I find one on the floor. I can keep the light up if I use clear duct tape. But, that dims the light so much, it isn’t worth having it in the pantry any more.

I spent $15 on 10 lights; $1.50 each. Considering only two have worked successfully for us, I feel like I was ripped off. If you’re looking to light areas of your house, these are definitely not worth your money.

Doral Ultra Lights

at 4:27 AM
Doral is a middle tier cigarette maker. They don’t quite reach the ranks of, say, Marlboro or Camel, but they aren’t a cheapie generic brand either: they are comfortably in the middle. So when I recently bought a pack of Doral Lights, I was expecting a pretty much middle of the road cigarette. I was right.

In price they aren’t bad (about a dollar cheaper than the big name brands), and in taste they aren’t bad either (right on average, they aren’t as flavorful as the big names but they don’t have the bad taste often associated with the cheapies). Which is why I call them a perfect middle of the road cigarette.

They are certainly better than similarly priced cigarettes, say Basic for example, which is in my humble opinion one of the worst cigarettes ever made. I don’t know how Basic was able to make such a bad tasting cigarette, but they are horrible. Dorals, however, are just fine: nothing to write home about, but nothing to write a bunch of complaints about either. They are a basic cigarette, perfectly functional, adequate taste, they provide just what you need and want in a cigarette without getting too fancy. Not a bad smoke.

Ultra Levure (Ultra Yeast) 50 mg

at 4:25 AM
The most common side effect I suffer from taking antibiotics and even ibuprofen is that I get an upset stomach and even a diarrhea
. I find this very disturbing that the last time I had to take antiobiotics, I mentioned this immediately to the doctor. He was saying that I should eat yoghurt but since I don’t like eating these products despite the many flavors that are available nowadays, he prescribed Ultra Levure.

Ultra Levure is meant to complement antibiotic treatment and is also a therapy for upset stomach and diarrhea
. It also serves as an oral rehydration therapy when diarrhea is persistent which could lead to dehydration.

This medication is presented in a small bottle of 20 capsules. I love that they are in a capsule form because it is my favorite form of taking any medication
. In addition, the capsules are not big which make them more attractive to me. I just pop it in my mouth and down it with water. There’s no unpleasant aftertaste afterwards.

My children also take this medication when they are on antibiotics and even prefer this over yoghurts (which they like) as it is quicker to take. I understand this as when they are sick, they are not really in the mood to eat anything. They take the suspension version though as at these ages, they are still not able to handle capsules. Moreover, drinking the oral suspension is easier for them as it is tasteless and just milkish in color.

I usually take Ultra Levure 3 times a day – after each meal although the doctor gave me the liberty of choosing when I can take them. However, as I usually take my antibiotics before each meal, I just found it easier to take the complement medication after each meal to simplify matters.

I respond quite quickly to this oral medication and within a day, my stomach felt better with diarrhea altogether disappearing on the 2nd day. As my antibiotic treatment usually lasts for 5-10 days, then I do the same with Ultra-Levure. Once, I do not feel any stomach discomfort anymore which is usually on the 5th or 6th day, then I lower my dosage or skip on it altogether.

I have not experienced any counter reaction to this medication at all. I would expect so because it is meant to mitigate the effects of antibiotics use. If anything, it made taking antibiotics bearable and more comfortable with less queasy stomach and diarrhea occurences.

For this major reason, I would not hesitate to take Ultra Levure again the next time I get an upset stomach
or diarrhea due to antibiotics. It is in an oral form that I like to take, easy to swallow, no side effects and are the best complementary therapy to antibiotic treatment. In fact, it is the only oral therapy I know of which was prescribed to me by my doctor. As to the price, each bottle costs €2,90 which is not a fortune. Overall, it made taking antibiotics easier and with less side effects by improving my digestive system and even preventing diarrhea.

Prozac

at 10:21 AM
I have had anxiety
problems off and on for years now. The last time I went to the doctors he gave me prozac. It took away all of my anxiety problems and didn’t cause any other anxiety problems. The only thing that I did notice a little bit was weight gain. even that wasn’t that bad. The only other medicine I have been on for anxiety
was paxil and I hated that, I felt like it brainwashed me. If you can understand that at all, I know it sounds kind of crazy but if anyone does know what I am talking about prozac does not do that to you at all. It was also pretty easy to go off of the medicine. I wasn’t on it for a couple of months and then I felt like I didn’t need it any more so thats when I decided to stop taking it. When I was on paxil it made me feel like I needed it. Another thing that I liked about prozac is that if you miss one day it isn’t that big of a deal, not saying that you should do it, but it didn’t make my anxiety come back all of a sudden like paxil did. It takes a couple of days for prozac to do that to me. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that I started to see weight gain but that wasn’t that bad and I have had problems with gaining weight for a while now so it could have not even been that. The doctor gave me a generic brand that I got at walmart for $4.00. That’s really cheap so thats another thing I liked about it.

Clonazepam (Klonopin) for the Treatment of Anxiety

at 10:21 AM
I have been prescribed Clonazepam, or the Generic form of the brand-name medicine “Klonopin,” off and on for some years now. I’ve found, as far as benzodiazepines (or “benzos,” for short) go, it is the most effective, by far, of the ones I’ve tried for my anxiety. In fact, it’s probably the most effective substance, period, for relief of my anxiety symptoms that I’ve encountered. It trumps alcohol, Prozac, and other benzos in strength and efficacy. I do, however, definitely begin to notice a tolerance build-up fairly quickly.

The other benzo I’ve tried extensively is Lorazepam, or the Generic form of “Ativan.” Comparatively, Clonazepam has had a much more quick and severe effect at reduction of my anxiety, whereas Lorazepam works in a much more background, subtle manner. I find that, within 25 minutes of taking .5 mg of Clonazepam, I will feel a significant effect, with some sense of drowsiness, or even elation, whereas with the same dosage of Lorazepam, I only feel a slight de-escalation of my anxiety, with no elation and a sort of drugged feeling that I don’t often get when taking Clonazepam.

Clonazepam does, as I have mentioned, begin to build up a tolerance in your system fairly quickly, however. This effect, on a daily .5 mg dosage, begins to be noticeable within about a week. This is something one has to watch out for, however, with all of these medications, and the trick is to not fall into the “trap” of having to increase your dose. Therefore, I tend to take Clonazepam “PRN,” or as needed, and I will often only take half or even a quarter of a pill. I tend to only take a full pill if I’m feeling particularly anxious, or anticipate that a certain daily situation is going to be make me feel very anxious.

Overall, I recommend Clonazepam, but with caution - it is a potnetially addictive drug, again. However, it pretty much works when all other medications fail to make a dent in an anxiety reaction.

Clonazapan

at 10:20 AM
If you suffer from clinical anxiety
like I have my whole life, and I’m not talking about stress that you can treat with yoga and exercise, but clinically diagnosed anxiety, Clonazapan, or Klonipin, can be a life saver.

I was once so overwhelmed with anxiety that I became dysfunctional at work and remember nearly having a brain anuerism and having to be hospitalized because of a blood pressure count of 250/70. After being prescribed this tiny little pill that I take twice a day, I feel as calm as the waters on Walden Pond.

Being a sufferer of anxiety and depression my entire life, I have tried it all. Paxil, which is popularly prescribed, actually has a side effect of anxiety! Doctors in the past warned me that I could get addicted to Klonipin. Oh yeah, but they have no problem getting me addicted on the mainstream drugs that you see advertised on television all the time!

I only take two a day and there are no side effects! My hypertension
has increased and I can focus clearly on the task at hand. If you suffer from chronic panic attacks, ask your doctor for this miraculous pill that can at least give you the capability of taking action to get your life in order if you are chaotic because of panic and anxiety.

Paxil (paroxetine)

at 10:20 AM
I have suffered from generalized anxiety disorder
(also called ‘free floating anxiety
) for all of my adult life. Not until I was 40 years old did I find help through medication. Paxil, or, paroxetine, which is the generic name, is an SSRI ( selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor) which works on the chemical imbalance that causes or exacerbates anxiety and the depression which can accompany it. I cannot tell you the success I have had with this medication! Before, I made decisions based on my anxious responses and fearfulness. I avoided lots of activities for fear of making mistakes, saying something that others may construe as stupid and just plain “nervousness”. I felt it was just safer to be at home, where I felt I could keep everything ‘in order’ and under control. I used this coping mechanism, known as ‘avoidance behavior’ as an attempt to control my anxiety attacks
. I was frequently having them, cried every day, would awaken at night feeling overwhelming dread, fear and just totally anxious…I would relive my days activities to reassure myself that I had not made some kind of mistake or neglected to do something I felt I should have done. It was an exhausting, sad and horrifying way to live. The Paxil worked for my quickly and with no side effects! I remember the first time I took it, a few hours later I had this remarkable ‘normal’ feeling…I was no longer consumed with worry! It was thrilling! All the worries I had about ‘getting my personality from a bottle’ were totally unfounded! I had no side effects, only blessed relief from the stress and unbelievable strain of living with anxiety. Many people give up on finding help for anxiety, I urge you not to be one of them. There are so many new, wonderful medications on the market. If one doesn’t work, or has untolerable side effects, take heart, don’t give up and try another. Paxil has worked wonders for me, given me my life back and allowed me to enjoy many things I was missing out on because of anxiety.
